Job Description
The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University seeks an Executive Director of Marketing. This person serves as the Chief Marketing and Brand Manager for the school. The Executive Director is responsible for the development of a comprehensive marketing, communications and brand strategy, successful execution of the strategy, and measuring progress on building a strong brand across all programs and activities of the school. These responsibilities include ensuring the Johnson brand is highly visible and valued globally by prospective students, alumni, current students, corporations, faculty, staff, media and others. The Executive Director will work with all programs in the school, the Dean, and is a member of the Senior Management Team.

Johnson is a premiere graduate business school with 200 faculty and staff; 730 full-time and executive MBA students; 40 PhD students; and a 150,000 SF historic academic building on Cornell’s central campus. Visit www.johnson.cornell.edu to learn more about Johnson.

Requirements
Master’s degree together with a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience. MBA in marketing or related field is preferred. Experience with market research strategies and methodologies. Strong leadership skills.
