We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager Customer Research and Insight .
Conducting and managing research programs to inform Marketing and Global Business lines on market opportunities, brand position, product enhancement and new proposition development
Analyzing and consolidating findings from different means including but not limited to research studies, internal customer data, competitive intelligence, social media responses and overall market sentiment.
Sharing insight and recommendation with Marketing teams and other key stakeholders that can be used to improve the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns, enhance the customer proposition offering and increase the overall customer experience.
Sourcing and partnering with research suppliers and analytics consultants to apply the best in class and cost effective solution for insight discovery.
Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration or Finance is preferred
Working experience in the field of consumer insight, research, strategy planning and customer analytics with ideally from both in house and consultancy side
Hands on experience in leading large scale research projects and familiar with both quantitative and qualitative research approaches
Logical mind with strong business sense and able to analyze and consolidate data from various sources and present it in a meaningful way
Strong communication skills and able to work in a team environment with multiple parties, stakeholders and senior leaderships
