![]() Enrollment Marketing Project Manager Primary Purpose: The Enrollment Marketing Project Manager will work closely with all members of the user engagement and content strategy teams as well as internal clients, consultants and vendors to ensure the projects are efficiently moving through the workflow process. The individual will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. The majority of the projects will be recruitment marketing plans for undergraduate and graduate schools and colleges that are designed to meet the enrollment goals of the University. Essential Functions: 1. Strong project management skills. 2. Implement a project management system and manage multiple concurrent recruitment marketing plans through the system. 3. Lead all request prioritization for enrollment marketing. 4. Work with members of the creative teams and our academic schools/colleges to train on the use of the project management system and optimize workflow. 5. Provide detailed and broad reporting on various aspects of our production throughput. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions. 7. Prioritize work, multi-task and stay on schedule. 8. Document and communicate project needs and relay information to internal operational areas and external partners. 9. Assist with maintaining the enrollment marketing budget. 10. Support all enrollment management aspects of major events throughout the year. 11. Contributes to the overall success of the Office of Enrollment Management and the University by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Two plus (2+) years of marketing experience, preferably in a role directly interfacing with recruiting undergraduate and graduate students to private institutions. Two plus (2+) years of progressively responsible experience coordinating complex projects with multiple groups. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with creative production environments and software packages, such as Adobe Creative Suites. Experience in non-profit higher education, strategic enrollment management, or related. Highly detail-oriented and process driven. Responsive to varying needs and changing priorities. Excellent writing skills sufficient to draft clear and concise professional reports and correspondence. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information to large and small groups. Strong organizational skills to work independently and to prioritize workload under the pressure of competing assignments and dynamic deadlines. Promotes teamwork in a collaborative environment. Possess the drive and desire to work in an active and spontaneous setting, being flexible and organized are keys to success.
