Department EDUCATION (BL-EDUC-IUBLA) Job Summary The Center for Postsecondary Research in the School of Education is looking for a part-time marketing assistant for research projects associated with the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). These projects involve marketing and outreach to thousands of colleges and universities in the US and Canada. Duties include performing administrative duties in support of the center's marketing function. Areas of focus may include drafting and editing communications, performing marketing research, coordinating and creating marketing materials, social media posts and/or reviewing and updating information on the website. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Proficient communication skills. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to ensure imagery and text supports our mission of diversity, equity and inclusion. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism. Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills. High commitment to quality. Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Highly thorough and dependable. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Editing/writing experience. Work Location Work may be performed remotely. Work Hours 20 hours per week.
