We are currently seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and build our newest product portfolio!sross d . The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategies to drive medical device packaging and custom procedure kits/trays business portfolio. Leads the company’s efforts to position itself as a leader in this category, in accordance with the company’s stated strategic direction. Identifies the target customer segments and develops compelling value propositions to meet the needs of each segment. Establishes strategic and tactical go-to-market/campaign plans, including product-level positioning and messaging to be used by sales and marketing. Develops appropriate sales and partner training materials, collateral, guides and tutorials as needed. Develops key opinion leader relationships. In this role, you will... Lead specified market and customer category in all aspects of market planning, competitive analysis, customer targeting, needs assessment, penetration plans, and related product positioning. Responsible for portfolio planning and roadmaps for those products related to the given category. Handle all activities related to market and customer research identifying market and product requirements. Interface with cross functional teams for product lifecycle management, with the clinical advisory team and sales channels on portfolio planning, and product pricing/positioning. Manage the product marketing including pricing, product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support for the given category. Develop and track metrics and success criteria for marketing programs and activities Work closely with sales and any distribution partners selling the product category, including support of strategic sales opportunities as the marketing subject matter expert. Work with other leadership team members to help identify potential strategic alliances/partnerships. Manage the marketing budget spend within the given category. Propose where spending would be appropriate, supported by rationale and where possible anticipated cost/benefit.

Candidates should have... A minimum of 10 years marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Healthcare Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels. Track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to and be able to communicate at t all levels of the organization, sales channels and customers. Evidence of high level of creativity as pertains to meeting customers’ needs and towards product platform messaging. High level of attention to detail. Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy. Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence. Bachelor’s Degree required, M.B.A. desired
