Ontada's Provider Education & Engagement (PE&E) team works with oncology drug manufacturers to educate those providers supported by McKesson. The Director will lead a team responsible for the execution of digital marketing solutions that deliver educational content to providers in convenient and innovative ways which ultimately help improve patient care. Oversee operations related to PE&E digital services portfolio (such as Expert-Connect, eLearn Now, eAnnouncements, webcasts, banner ads, etc.) ensuring high-level of customer satisfaction.
Develop new products and processes aimed at gaining efficiencies and/or expand our current educational vehicle portfolio and/or facilitate the delivery of education to new audiences.
Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate with the sales team and pharma-biotech companies to secure commitments around product portfolio (includes customer meetings, contract review and negotiation).
Develop and implement growth strategy for areas of responsibility.
Manage, coach and develop direct reports
Adhere to all Ontada's principles, policies and procedures as well as HIPAA and other laws and regulations regarding privacy and other healthcare related matters.

Typical Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience in the execution and delivery of digital healthcare marketing campaigns with a deep understanding of related best practices and regulations
4+ years of people management experience
Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience executing digital healthcare marketing programs
Must have expertise in healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines (HIPPA)
