Scheduled Hours37.5Position SummaryThe Events Specialist will ensure high-caliber, signature events including signature events such as speaker series to annual industry symposiums - and requires some evening hours and travel.Job DescriptionPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Overall Events Management:Manages the event process from start to finish for more than a dozen events each year.Collaborates and strategizes with any necessary staff, faculty and other WUSTL leadership to determine the type, scale and tone of events.Assists with developing long-and short-term goals and plans for events.Conducts event planning meetings, staff briefings and event evaluations.
