POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, offers innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships and Bayer. Program emphasis is in US Marketing: Cardiovascular and Renal Franchise. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to brand success through working effectively with multiple agency partners and key stakeholders, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, and Sales. The fellow will have the opportunity to observe, participate, and lead different aspects of promotional campaigns and other initiatives for KERENDIA (finerenone), as well as contribute to the execution of Brand commercial activities in the U.S. across healthcare professional, patient, and digital marketing channels. The Fellow will gain experience in the execution of marketing strategies, programs, and tactics to attain strategic objectives and acquire an in depth understanding of the role marketing plays in supporting a drug throughout its lifecycle.
University-based experiences include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. These Fellowships provide a broad professional development opportunity in both corporate and academic environments to promote the role of Pharm.D.’s in the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry as future leaders.
