What you will be doing:
The Project Associate assists in implementing strategies and tactics for the overall marketing plan for the client groups within Academic and Community Marketing. In this role you will:
Serve as the liaison between the department and the program leads.
Lead and coordinate projects as assigned by management. Manage project lists, deliverables and timelines
Assist the Director and Academic and Community Marketing team in implementing strategies and tactics for overall marketing plan, consult with the Director on tactics for marketing campaigns
Serves as the primary contact for program leads in the development of marketing campaigns while working closely with Director for approval
Compose creative briefs to support program needs to include summaries, reports and other complex projects/events.
Research and analyze market data; provide information and reports for leadership review.

What we're looking for:
High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related preferred
A minimum of 3 years progressive experience in marketing-related area (preferably in healthcare, research, or medical industry), preferably in a project management role highly preferred.
A solid understanding of business administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to work with all levels within the organization to influence end results
The ability to coordinate and lead multiple complex projects with limited supervision is required to be successful in this role.
