Position Description:     The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Marketing is responsible for leading and guiding Marketing Managers in all property level marketing activities, in particular, their mission to add value to their properties and to Macerich through identifying and securing mall programming, media and sponsorship partnerships. Under the direction of the Vice President, Marketing, he/she will serve as an engaged member of the Marketing leadership team that sets the strategic direction and will effectively communicate expectations and oversee key initiatives with field marketing teams.
